Hello Everyone,

Here is one of my favorite smoothie’s to make infused with youthH2O! I try to consume my smoothies in the morning as a good pick me up instead of caffeine. It feels good to naturally gain energy instead of a rush and crash cycle. Enjoy my avocado smoothie everyone!

Evelyn Lozada’s Perfect Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 Avocado
1 Banana
1/2 cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt (pick your fave) or Almond Milk
2 oz of chilled youthH2O
1 cup of fresh Orange Juice (from 2 Oranges)
2 1/2 to 3 cups ice
