Everyone on this planet knows that I’m head over heels with Avocados! I mean, I can’t get enough of them! I have them on my salads, I dip my plantain chips in Avocado, eat my fruit salads with avocado and now…I have created my own Avocado Smoothie with youthH2O as an ingredient.
Check out my recipe below which serves 4!
• 1 avocado
• 1 banana
• 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt (pick your fave) or you can use almond milk if you prefer
• 2 oz (one shot) of chilled youthH2O
• 1 cup of fresh orange juice (from 2 oranges)
• 2 1/2 to 3 cups ice
In a blender, combine banana, avocado, yogurt, youthH2O, orange juice and ice until smooth.
Test taste the smoothie for yourself and make to your liking because we all have different palates. J
