– 1/2 c blueberries
– 1 cucumber
– 1 cup spinach
– mint (1-2 leaves)
– serving of YouthH2O


It’s afternoon time and you start developing that sweet tooth….or for you women is it that time of the month? This cravings buster smoothie is sure to help curb your cravings! Mint and the YouthH2O add a nice addition to help you banish those cravings that leave you wanting sugar and processed foods!

I like to drink between 2-4pm when my cravings seem to set in….I whip up one of these smoothies and I no longer crave the sweets!
