Anti-aging Superfood Salad dressing

Take your salad to a whole new level with this anti-aging, superfood salad dressing that will turn your salad into a super duper salad. You can drizzle this dressing over salads, steamed vegetables or even baked fish.

Ingredients:

1 cup raspberries, fresh

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar

¼ teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground

½ teaspoon thyme, dried

1 shot (2 ounces) youthH2O

Serves: 4-6

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors marinate before serving.
